He was predeceased by: his brother John Fraser; and his nephew Randy Fraser. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Fraser (Julien); his son Jason (Rachelle); his siblings-in-law, Lise Terriah (Terry), Claude Julien (Sonya), Sylvie Julien (Allan), Guy Julien (Carol), Debbie Julien-Robertson (Randy) and Marc Julien (Connie); his grandchildren, Bailey and Cameron Fraser; his nephews, Kevin and Kurt; and his friends, Rens, Valerie, Esmée and Sebastiaan Trommels.
