Wouter Hobé Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wouter Hobé (Alexandria, Ontario), who passed away on October 12, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roelof Jan Hobé and Johanna Hobé; his wife Marie Corneli Hobé; his children, Johanna Marie Hobé (John Sauvé), Christopher Laurence Hobé (Kerri Lee Hobé) and Wouter Anthony Hobé (Laurie Ann Hellstrom); and his grandchildren, Corey Anthony Hobé (Alyssa Bailey), Aaron Christopher Hobé (Melissa Abate), Marissa Lauren Hobé (Nathan Monte-Bradbury), Talia Jamie Hobé (Max Vivar-Maas) and Emma Alison Hobé (Lorenzo Baliello).

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Alexandria United Church (36 Kincardine St E, Alexandria, ON K0C1A0).
