Michel Dorion Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michel Dorion (Alfred, Ontario), who passed away on March 5, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gérard Dorion and Adrienne Gauthier; and his siblings, René and Johanne. He is survived by: his wife Diane Smith; his children, Denis (Sarah Price) and Joanne; his stepchildren, Louise-Hélène Meloche (Jean-François Olsen), Sandra Smith and Nancy Meloche (Sylvain Leblanc); his grandchildren, Madison, Daphne, Hannah Dorion, Arielle O'Neil, Vincent Olsen, Amélie Brucher, Geremy, Jessica, Samuel and Alexandre Leblanc; and his sisters, Thérèse (Rémi), Colette (Michel), Lucienne (Florent) and Lise (Daniel). He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Lamarre & Son Funeral Home (453 St-Philippe St, Alfred, ON K0B1A0). A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
