He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Steele and Norma Steele. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Steele; his daughters, Tracy Monaghan, Marianne Delhenty (Randy) and Teena Steele (Brady Toll); and his grandchildren, Randy Joseph and Rhyly.
