She was predeceased by: her husband William Haza; her siblings, Lynn Routliffe and Eric Wagner; and her brother-in-law Michael Haza (Doreen). She is survived by: her children, Karl Haza (Cheryl) and Patricia Haza (Ed Weel); her grandchildren, Kevin Haza (Samantha), Kristina Haza (Aaron) and Ryker Weel; her great grandchildren, Millie, Wyatt, Eli and Levi; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Wagner and Mary Wales (late James). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and many friends.
