He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Chafe and Henry Euan Chafe; and his brother Todd Chafe. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Chafe; his children, Nicholas (Jaclyn), Kaitlyn (Brennan), Peepaw, PJ, Victoria, Avery and Jack; Anne Tufts (Grandma Anne). He is also survived by his family, numerous siblings, nieces and nephews.
