He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Samantha. He is survived by: his wife Eva Walker; his children, Dawn Walker, Shane Walker (Amber) and Laura Medford (John); his grandchildren, Ali (Jordan), Kyla, Shayne, Reese, Ryleigh and Oakley; and his siblings, Patricia Mutton (Al) and John Walker. He is also survived by children and grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family is welcoming donation to Matthews House Hospice or The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
