Though Jean may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Terry Shacklady; and her sisters, Marlene and Nancy. She was also cherished by her sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Stevenson Memorial Hospital Fdn., or the Alliston & District Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
