Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the W. John Thomas Funeral Home (244 Victoria St E, Alliston, ON L9R1V6). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Patricia's name to the Community Living Association of South Simcoe, or to the Matthews House Hospice, Alliston.
