He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia Lewis; his sons, Douglas Lewis (Cynthia) and Paul Lewis (Christine); his grandchildren, Alexandra, Bradley (Tori), Scott, Sydney and Riley; and his parents, Charles Lewis and Margaret Lewis.
