He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Peter Sammut and Anne Sammut; his wife Margaret; his daughter Catherine (Dale); his grandson Andrew (Veronica); and his great grandchildren, Luca Saviour and Sienna Rose. He was also cherished by his family's farm with his 4 brothers and 5 sisters.
