It is with sadness that the passing of Wilmer Lawson (Alliston, Ontario) is shared. Wilmer, born on September 4, 1930, passed away on October 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Lawson and Violet Lawson (Orvis); and his sister Mae Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Bryan (Ingrid) of Lisle, Cindy Stephens (Jerry) of Alliston and Julie Cunningham of Moncton, NB.; his grandchildren, Ryan, Christopher, Thomas, Leah and Laura; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Carly, Aiden, Campbell, Julia, Keira, Daniel and Ethan.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas Funeral Home (244 Victoria St E, Alliston, ON L9R1K4). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to Shriners Hospital for Children Canada, or the Masonic Foundation of Ontario, memo (Project 2616) or another charity of their choice.
