She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Kennedy and Helen Storkson; her stepparents, Douglas Sutherland and Ella Sutherland; her siblings, Caroline Kennedy and Dean Kennedy; and her stepbrother Clinton Barrie.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jack, Jerry, Dwight, Daniel, Raymond and Lori. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the C. R. Gamble Funeral Home & Chapel Inc. (127 Church St, Almonte, ON K0A1A0). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery (1923 Wolf Grove Rd, Almonte, ON K0A1A0). A reception will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 240 (100 Bridge St, Almonte, ON K0A1A0).
