She was predeceased by: her husband Tim; her parents, Francis Scissons and Josephine Scissons; and her sister Gail Scissons. She is survived by: her children, Colleen and John; her sister Carol-Ann Taylor (Mick Taylor); and her close friend Anne Currie.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (1560 Corkery Rd, Carp, ON K0A1L0). A burial was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Michael's Parish Cemetery (1560 Corkery Rd, Carp, ON K0A1L0).
