Dorothy Lloyd Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Lloyd in Almonte, Ontario, who passed away on February 26, 2026 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Morrison and Cora Morrison; and her siblings, Alvaretta Ferro, Effie Munro, Cora Marshall (Maud), Jenny Stearns, Viola Splane and James Morrison.
She is survived by: her husband James Lloyd (Jim); her children, Carol Osbaldeston (Steve), Janet Salopek (John), Patricia Neilson (Colin), Cora Merchand (late Art) and Rosser Lloyd (Stacie); and her great grandchildren, Grace Merchand, Scarlett Merchand, Jackson Merchand, Jack Charron and Minnie Charron.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Barker Funeral Home (19 MacArthur Ave, Carleton Place, ON K7C2W1). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel.
