He was predeceased by: his former wife Helen; his stepson Stephen Leach; and his siblings, Bill and Ann (Charles Gault). He is survived by: his wife Joan; his sons, John (Judy), Paul (Julie) and Daril (Diana); his stepdaughter Deborah Dufour (late Peter); his great grandchildren, Nora, Maeva and Miller; and his sister Linda Gibbs (Peter).
