He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tennant and Mary Tennant (McDougall); and his sister Beverly Patterson. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Gordon Patterson; his nieces, Rhonda Alger (Kevin), Cheryl (Gary Rabb) and Melanie Duncan (Tom); his nephew Graham Patterson (Erica); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Libby, Mallory Alger, Mitchell, Claire Rabb, John, Nathan, Alexandra, Eric Duncan, Alyssa, Gracyn and Nicholas Patterson.
