He was predeceased by: his former wife Pamela Joy Ann. He is survived by: his spouse Ronnie Heller; his children, Sarah Ramsay and Michael Ramsay; and his grandchildren, Jackson Ramsay, Ariel Beatrice Moon, Clementine Ramsay and Otis Ramsay.
