Heather Jane Sheffield Obituary

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Heather Jane Sheffield (Almonte, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 79, on September 13, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jardine and Marjorie Jardine; and her sister Wendy Thorne. She is survived by: her husband Alan; her daughters, Jennifer, Sarah (Mark) and Emily (Charles); her grandchildren, Molly, Lilian, George, Abigael and Charlie; and her sibling's children, Christopher Thorne and Kimberly Thorne (Greg Hawkins).

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the C. R. Gamble Funeral Home & Chapel (127 Church St, Almonte, ON K0A1A0). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Anglican Church (70 Clyde St, Almonte, ON K0A1A0). A burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Auld Kirk Cemetery (1923 Ramsay Concession 8, Almonte, ON K0A1A0).
