The passing of Lois James in Almonte, Ontario leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 7, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Mack James; her brother Doug; and her parents, Arthur McNeely and Estelle McNeely. She is survived by: her children, Glenn, Sheila (Bryan) and Steven (Aline); her grandchildren, Samantha (Dalton) and Brody; her great grandchildren, Bryce and Jack Cole; and her sisters-in-law, Doreen McNeely and Irene Baldock. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home (19 MacArthur Ave, Carleton Place, ON K7C2W1). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St James Anglican Church (225 Edmund St, Carleton Place, ON K7C3E7).
