He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken Larson and Val Larson; his brother David; his granddaughter Isabel; and his nephews, Drew and Jack.

He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Isaac (Shannon), Kate and Anna; his grandchildren, Duncan and Evelyn; his siblings, Diana (Jerrard), Tim (Sara) and Caroly (Stephen); his nieces and nephews, Sylvie, Sophie (Eliot), Ruby, Meg, Heather (Dave), Pam (Jeff), Corey and Adrian; Anne (late Ben). He is also survived by niece and nephews.
