He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank O'Hara and Grace O'Hara. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan (Jamie-Lynn) and Erin (Sylvie); the parent of his children Sandy; his grandson Miles; and also, Darby (Kiran) and Shelly.
