He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Mulligan and Grace Mulligan (Findlay); and his siblings, Dawna Code and Calvin Mulligan. He is survived by: his children, Jordan Mulligan (Paula Mulligan) and Micky Mulligan (Lindsey Lambden); his grandchildren, Cohan, Declan, Maya and Redding Mulligan; his sibling Lyall Mulligan (Bernice Mulligan); and his friend Audrey Smiley.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Church (3008 Carp Rd, Carp, ON K0A1L0).
