He was predeceased by: his parents, Duncan MacKellar and Margaret MacKellar (McPhail). He is survived by: his wife Maxine; his children, David MacKellar (Annette) and Darlene Schumacher (David); his grandson Adam MacKellar (Katie); his great grandchildren, Michael, Conner, Duncan, Paul MacKellar (Sarah), Jacob MacKellar (Annie Kaplin) and Derrick Schumacher; his sister Anna Mae Salter; and also, Thomas and Isla Virginia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Van Heck Funeral Home (172 Symes St, Glencoe, ON N0L1M0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Guthrie Presbyterian Church (3256 River St, Alvinston, ON N0N1A0).
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Sarnia Lambton.
