He is survived by: his wife Ruth McCallum (Campbell); his daughters, Christine Hailstone (Peter) and Karen Hailstone; his grandchildren, Kaley, Alexandrea and Savannah; his pet Jaz; and his sisters, Rheta Campbell and Joanne Bauwens.
