She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" Moore; her parents, Gerrit Jan "John" Jeths Jr. and Rhea; her siblings, John Jeths and Jean Jones (Doug Kingsmill); John Moore (Lois), Carl Moore Sr. (Judy), Richard Moore (Norma), Margaret Milliron (Monte) and Frank Moore (Deanna).
She is survived by: her children, Bryan, Bob, Lynda (Graham) and Jeff (Margaret); her grandchildren, Brittany, Jillian, Spencer (Mia Modestino) and Jessica (Alex Smith); her stepgrandson Zachary (Lauren); and her great grandchild Bhode James Modestino.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ann's name to the Parkinson's Society of Southwestern Ontario.
