She was predeceased by: her spouse John Sullivan; her children, Jim Lewis and Barb McCulloch; and also Alvin Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Des Sullivan, Tim Sullivan (Yvette), Kathy Laramie (late Rick), Mary Fick Lewis (Albert Iacovone) and John Lewis.
