He was predeceased by: his former wife Marilyn; his siblings, Jim, Robert and Joan; his great grandchild Bentley; and his pet Daisy.

He is survived by: his children, Sherry Marshall, Susan Marshall, Chuck Marshall (Maria) and Cindy Caster (Dan); his grandchildren, Meghan (Adam), Cierra (Josh), Jenna (Evan) and Kyle (Alaina); his great grandchildren, Emma, Ethan, Amber, Haven and Zaelyn; his sisters, Marilyn and Sharon; and his close friend Steve Ross. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Chuck may be made to Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation or Brentwood Recovery Home.
