She is survived by: her parents, Jeff Ford and Lori Ford (Grondin); her brother Luke; her grandparents, Harry Grondin (late Sharon) and Linda Ford (late Ron); her aunts and uncles, Marc Grondin (Krystal), Joe Grondin (Kristen), Pam Rupert (Brent), Pat Ford (Judy), Rob Ford (Heather), Colleen Grieves (Jim) and Sarah Ford; her cousins, Kaiana, Jacob, Joy, Josh, Lily, Matthew, Allison, Brooke, Megan, Andrew, Colin, Lila and Nathan; and her pets, Maggie and Millie.

Donations to Grace Ford Memorial Fund c/o Lori Ford [email protected] would be much appreciated. Contributions will go towards "Grace's Garden", a healing tribute for the family and a donation to Canadian Mental Health Association in Grace's honour.
