Licia Anne Cipkar Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Licia Anne Cipkar (Amherstburg, Ontario), who passed away on March 28, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Deneau and Barbara Deneau; and her brother Jim Deneau. She is survived by: her husband Paul John Cipkar of Amherstburg, Ontario.; her children, Stephen (Lauren), Scott (Liz) and Sheri (Jarrod); her grandchildren, Emma, Ryan and Angie; and her siblings, Mary Ellen Renaud (Frank), Elaine Girard (Mark) and Joe Deneau (Carol). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Alzheimer's Society of Essex County would be appreciated.
