He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Insley and Grace Insley; his wife Linda; and his siblings, Bill, Betty Davis and Rose Cole.
He is survived by: his sons, Jim (Erin) and Darryl (Jess); his grandchildren, Tylar (Kathleen), Brittany (Josh) and Daniel; and his sister Grace Flynn.
