He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Wendy Johnson (Jack) and Cheryl Wilson (Mark); his grandchildren, Tara (Bryan), Kaili (Parker), Brooke, Olivia and Scarlet; and his great grandchildren, Hudson and Gray.
