He was predeceased by: his wife Althea. He is survived by: his children, Andrew (Lizzi) and Mary; his stepson Richard (Jayne); his siblings, Donna (Ian) and Admirable; and his grandchildren, Laura (Jeff), Daniel (Ashley), Brian (Danielle), Sheri and Cheryl (Igor).
In lieu of flowers, the family is kindly requesting that donations be made to the SPCA in honour of Chuck's passion for all of nature's innocent "critters".
