He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred and Phyllis. He is survived by: his daughters, Chantel (Julian) and Casey; his stepdaughter Rebecca; his siblings, Michelle, Barry and Lara; and his siblings' children, Amanda, Sarah, Melinda and Thomas.
