He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" McMillan; his daughters, Kimberly (Trevor), Nadine and Tara; his grandchildren, Nicole (Ryan), Avery (Hannah), Olivia (Ethan), Kash, Braedon and Nelson; Si Khounviseth.
