It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elva Agnes (Henry) McLean of Angus, Ontario, who passed away on May 12, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Angus Gordon McLean; and her sisters, Gwen Tobey and Jean McCulloch. She is survived by : her daughters, Kathy Mason (Mike) and Sandra McCuaig (Bruce); her grandchildren, Jeff Mason (Emily), Sean Mason (Gillian), Samantha McKerlie (Ryan) and Charlotte McCuaig (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, Alex, Mikayla and Brynlee; and her siblings, Norma Rice (Brian) and Jim Henry (Sue). She is also survived by brothers and sister in law as well as many nieces and nephews.

“Hugs and condolences to Elva’s family. We visit our Mom at the retirement home and always bring our Shepherd and Lab in to visit the residents. Elva LOVED Asher, the lab and would call him Brownie. She would wave her hand to get our attention and SMILE as Asher would go over and sit beside her and let her pet him. Elva was a lovely lady - always held my hand and told me stories. I could understand some but not all of her words. She will be missed!”
