He was predeceased by: his father Robert; and his brother Jamie. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Mandy (Jeff), Shawne (Crystal), Carter, Kaley and Olivia; his mother Marion; his siblings, Kym, Derek, Cari (Fred), Rob (Nancy) and Michelle (Brad); and his pets, Louis and Lucy. He is also survived by many extended family, close friends.
