She was predeceased by : her husband Winston Van Putten; her brother Maurice Durivage (Lucie); and her parents, Paul-Emile Durivage and Noella Durivage. She is survived by : her children, Gordie Van Putten (Christina) of Martintown, Nancy McKinnon (Michael) of Alexandria and Brian Van Putten (Shawna) of Monkland; her grandchildren, Braedon, Caedmon, Graeson, Taegon, Sarah, Dean, Rory, Malcolm, Nathaniel, John, Mayah, Bethany, Angus, Darius, Chiara and Magdalena; and her siblings, Lionel Durivage (Pauline) of Cornwall and Lorraine DeRepentigny (Yvon) of Maxville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Donations to the Cornwall Hospice or to CHEO would be appreciated by the family.
