She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Parent and Gail; and her siblings, Gordon, James and Marlene.
She is survived by: her husband Doug Kellar; her children, Kizzy Scott (Peter), Elliott Gray (Jessica), Debbie Drew (Michael), Jerry Cyr (Shelby), Vincent Kellar and Colleen Turcotte (Paul); and her siblings, Kathryn Scott (Brian) and Archie Parent (Angie). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Arden United Church (1076 Railway St, Arden, ON K0H1B0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations made to the AB Smith Homestead House (U.H.K.F.) would be appreciated by the family, in recognition of the excellent care they provided Deb and our family in her final hours.
