He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Newsom; his children, Michael Newsom (Kim) and Heather Newsom (Brian); his stepchildren, Andrea Wernham (John) and Jim Wernham (Jessie); his grandchildren, Charlie, Preston, Harrison, Eve, Cora, Sydney, Henry, Evelyn, Damon and Emilie; and his siblings, Peter Newsom (Jackie), Nancy Newsom-Pravetz (Jim), Jamie Newsom (Renee), Kathryn Newsom (Ward), Andrea Newsom, Donna Newsom (Mark) and Amy Newsom (Curt).
