He was predeceased by: his brother Jim (Lucie); and his parents, John Coulter and Sheila Coulter. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Bélanger; his daughter Colleen Coulter; his grandchildren, Justin and Samantha; and his siblings, Harry (Brenda), Darlene and Debbie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
