He was predeceased by: his parents, Dayton Phillips and Isabelle Phillips; and his siblings, Delmer Phillips, Bernice Lyon (late Elliott) and Greg Phillips.
He is survived by: his spouse Bev; his children, Robert of Arnprior, Randie (David Kerr) of Ottawa and Cory (Kelly Roberts) of Mount St; and his siblings, Darwin Phillips (Barb), Allan Phillips (Wendy), Beryl Scerba (Nick), Kevin Phillips (Pat) and Todd Phillips (Roxanne). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and countless friends.
