He is survived by: his parent Sandie Horne; his daughter Sophia Dominix; his siblings, Theo St. Onge and Nick Blacklock; his uncle Chris; his aunt Vicki; his cousin Ashley; the mother of his child Jessica Dominix; and his foster parents, Trish O'Brien and George O'Brien.
