He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dodge and Catherine Dodge; his sisters, Doris Leslie (late Lloyd) and Marie A. Dodge; his nephew Brian Leslie; his niece Elaine Leslie; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gregory, Jeffrey (Tania) of Alaska, Alexandra (Kassem), Alexander and Christina.
He is survived by: his brother J. Desmond Dodge (late Gwen) of Orléans; his nieces, Rosemary Leslie and Maureen Leslie; his nephew Stephen Dodge (Patricia); Talon and Drydon.
