With solemn reverence, we commemorate Brian Commanda of Arthur, Ontario, born in Blind River, Ontario, whose life came to an end on January 23, 2026 at the age of 69, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Jasmine; his parents, Arthur Commanda (Archie) and Catherine Commanda (Owl); and his siblings, Lloyd, Firman, Wesley and Geraldine.

He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Commanda; his children, Andrew (Paula), Brad, Amanda (Corey), Jesse (Jessica), Rebecca (Alex) and Raven; his grandchildren, Carter, Myles, Zane, Noodin, Avery, Beau, Lucah, Lincoln and Eleanora; his siblings, Orval, Lulubelle, Shirley, Marella, Earl, Joan, Gerald, Blain, Wanda and Charlotte; and his mother-in-law Gwen Wabegijig. He is also survived by brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws that he brought so much light and happiness into their family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
