He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia McPhee; and his brothers, Geoff and Collin. He is survived by: his children, Shane, Isabel Horn of Mississauga, Tracy Horn, Jarrod Scott of Kitchener, Darren and Denise Horn of Orangeville; his grandchildren, Keenan, Caleb, Curtis, Telina, Kayden, Jaten, Riegan, Tyson and Lucas; and his sibling-in-law Beverly Horn of England.
