He was predeceased by: his father Henry Lawrence; his brothers, Fred, Robert and Henry Lawrence; and his niece Kelly DeBoer.

He is survived by: his mother Bernice Lawrence; and his siblings, Betty, Ken Drury of Arthur, Bonnie, Don Gosse of Guelph, Tim Lawrence and Krystya Wasylnchuk of Mount Forest. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and friends.
