She was predeceased by: her husband Harry; her son Ian Bailes; her parents, Edith Winnifred Bateman and Henry Webster Bateman; her siblings, Maureen Bailes, Charles Bateman (Jean) and Martin Bateman (Dorothy); and her brothers-in-law, Joe Bailes and David Lewis.

She is survived by: her significant other Yvonne Bailes; her daughter Mulder (Ben); her grandchildren, Lena Mulder, Janssen (Jesse), Ethan Bailes and Evan Bailes; her great grandchildren, Jemma and Jordan Janssen; her siblings, Mavis Lewis and Harold Bateman (Shiela); and her daughter-in-law Michelle. She is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Elizabeth struggled with Rheumatoid Arthritis for many years, Memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Society.
