Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Arthur Douglas Eyre (Athens, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 93, on September 29, 2023. He was predeceased by : his siblings, Donald, Wesley, Gordon, Lawrence, Alice Eyre, Marion Eyre and Grace Lawrence.

He is survived by : his wife Beverly Eyre of Brockville; his children, Doug Eyre of Brockville, Judy Simpson (Roger Pratt) of Delta and Trudy Simpson of Newboro; his grandson Aaron Pratt; his siblings, Jean Young and Dorothy Singleton (Wally); and his siblings-in-law, Thelma Eyre and Fred Furzer (LuAnn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
