He was predeceased by : his parents, Jean Boultbee and Tom Boultbee; and his brother Gavin Boultbee. He is survived by : his wife Cheryl; his children, Sean (Kim), April and Melanie; his grandchildren, Miranda (Steph) and Dawson; and his sisters, Mary and Kathy Boultbee.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Picton Hospital or the Loyalist Humane Society. Donations are being accepted for: LOYALIST HUMANE SOCIETY PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATION.
